Here is a state of the art modern luxury Caribbean Catamaran Charter, with crew eager and ready. Three equal queen sized cabins boast private "electric" toilets plus private showers and wash basins for each a/c cabin. This catamaran is designed specifically for high-end luxury chartering, so guests do expect world-class cuisine. Providing world-class cuisine does not cost more than standard cuisine, it is the knowledge of the chef which makes all the difference.

Large indoor and outdoor areas for you to enjoy are designed just for catamaran vacationers, be it first timers or repeat groups who come back year after year. The indoor area is the salon where seating for 8 guests is easy to accomplish, a large glass sliding door leads to the outdoor area which wee call the covered cockpit area.

Most meals are enjoyed in the outside open area the cockpit.. Imagine a candle lit dinner outside in the cockpit!! You see the stars, the moon splashes silver across your calm lagoon, it lights up the islands close to you, Wow!! Meals can also be enjoyed in the salon. Happy hour is every night at 5pm; Sally brings out her favorite treats, these treats are served on the trampoline, so expect cocktails and hors d' hoeuvres served in paradise, we call Peter Pan Land.

Accommodations

Catamaran Charters on Viking Dream offers comfort, luxury and spacious accommodations. There are three Queen Cabins all with ensuite showers and toilets, opening hatches, ports and turbo fans. Air Conditioning throughout the entire catamaran. There is a large Cockpit with spacious table and cushioned seating area with a full rigid fibreglass sun bimini, including sunscreens on all sides.

There is a Spacious Saloon and ‘U’ shaped fully appointed galley to prepare all your lovely meals. Large forward nets and a hammock for sunning or relaxing. Sally: Having helped my Mother in the kitchen from an early age I’ve always had a passion for sailing and food. Graduating from University in Food Technology I have loved creating dinner parties and varied social events or taking part in competitive sailing. I aspire to ensure our guests are able to relax, enjoy good cuisine, and have fun experiencing the Caribbean on their dream vacation

Sally......your food and each meal........ This was the biggest surprise of our cruise with you and Mark. We have eaten in New York, London, Paris as well as Hong Kong, and no where have we found the combination of taste in menus, presentation and ingredients presented to us here. You are amazing, how can you do this on a yacht?...................we will miss you very much....The Gordons.
