with a full itinerary as you like, or to just take it
easy and go day by day in island time, a favorite for

He will sail the yacht unaided
if you wish to relax on deck or in the cockpit, but is
also happy to show you the ropes and let you enjoy the
magic of steering a fast stable catamaran at speed. With
over 20 years of experience in Europe, America and the
Pacific, he has many tall tales to tell.... If you wish!

Susanne Friedrich, Chef/Mate, 36, German
Susanne is in her fourth year
of professional cooking and has worked mainly in Europe,
and the western Mediterranean Sea. Her last position was
as First Mate/ Chef on board a private motor yacht, where
the cooking and general service was of the highest quality.She
says she feels at home as host for her crewed catamaran
charter. Recently she has completed the second of two
professional cooking qualifications And now holds her
cuisine diploma as a "le Cordon Bleu "chef in
London. Her experience in London and her love of fresh
seafood cuisine amongst others will make your mouth water
in anticipation at mealtime!
As crew, Susanne's first concern
is for your safety and comfort whilst on board and as
the chef she will surprise and delight you with recipes
from all over the world as well as her own custom repertoire.
She really enjoys catching fish
too - and there will be always one, sometimes 2, lines
towed behind us as we sail along; so on occasion we should
all enjoy the freshest fish you have ever eaten! Susanne's
perfect English and charming personality will ensure your
total satisfaction and enjoyment of your cruising vacation.
As an experienced and qualified diver she can relate underwater
adventures from many countries.
